Terms & Conditions

1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions govern the mutual rights and obligations of the seller (Pivovar Nad Kolčavkou a.s., ID: 02963469, registered at Lihovarská 1060/12A, 190 00 Prague 9) and the buyer.

2. Order and Contract

The buyer's order constitutes a proposal for a purchase contract. The purchase contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order by the seller.

3. Price and Payment

Prices include VAT. Payment is possible via bank transfer or payment gateway.

4. Delivery

Goods are delivered to the address specified in the order. Delivery time is usually 3–5 business days. Personal pickup is available at the brewery.

5. Withdrawal from Contract

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. Goods must be unopened and undamaged.

6. Complaints

Complaints are governed by the Civil Code. Submit complaints by email to info@kolcavkapivovar.cz or by phone at +420 732 401 388.

These terms and conditions are effective from January 1, 2026.
