About the Brewery

Pivovar Kolčavka, with over a decade of tradition, moved its beer production in 2020 to a newly renovated multifunctional post-industrial courtyard, easily accessible by public transport.

We offer a wide range of our popular beers with original gravity from 8 to 15 degrees. The brewery also includes our bar, where you can enjoy beers and specialties from Beseder restaurant, prepared to perfectly complement the taste of our beer.

All our beers are unfiltered and unpasteurized.
